机器内有8组石英加热管(PZ430S);底部铺有一块烤石,可快速加热批萨;
.Cooking is made thanks to 8 quartz tube heating elements (PZ 430 S/PZ 430 2D) or 16 quartz tube heating elements (PZ 430 D) which produce a maximum infrared radia-tion. A fire stone ensures an excellent spread of heat for an homogeneous cooking of the dough;

拨动时控旋钮,设置时间,此时绿色指示灯亮,机器通电;
.To turn on the oven, select the heating time by turning the timer control knob , the green pilot light ignites;

调节温度旋钮,设置所需的温度,此时橙色指示灯亮,顶部石英管加热;
...调节功率旋钮,设置所需功率,此时底部石英管加热;
. Turn on the thermostat control knob on the wished position, the or-ange pilot light ignites. The upper quartz tubes are running. Turn on the regulation knob on the wished power. The lower quartz tubes ig-nite;

操作指南 How to Use your pizza oven

将时控开关定时为10分钟,预热一下批萨炉，此时电源指示灯亮;
.Set a 10mn preheating time thanks to the timer,the ON/OFF pilot light gones on;

打开上部发火开关和下部发火开关;
.Switch on the 2 switches regulating the cooking areas;

调节温控旋钮，设置烘烤温度，红色指示灯亮;
. Set the cooking temperature thanks to thermostat,the temperature pilot light goes on till the temperature rising;

预热完毕，根据所需烘烤的不同食物，设置时间（时控旋钮），分别打开上、下发火开关;
. When the preheating time is over,set the cooking time thanks to the timer and switch on the cooking switches acoording to the results you wish;

…	上部单独发火：可作为面火炉使用； Upper heating area:cooking like a salamander or cheese-maller to toast,grill
